The Employee Self Service Module has been designed to provide staff with self-service options into the payroll system,Megapay . Staffs are required to know both their PPS number and also a PIN number in order to gain access.
Once logged on, an employee can access a whole host of payroll information, data which can be viewed and updated includes; personnel and bank details, full access to all historic and up to date payslips and P60’s. In addition, employee’s can download and print payroll related forms e.g. Sports and Social deduction authorization, etc.
