By now you should have received notification from Revenue informing you that an end of year Income Levy Certificate MUST be given to each employee along with their P60 form for 2009.

This document is not expected to be given to Revenue; it is simply a certificate that will show the employee’s gross income for Income Levy and the amount of Income Levy deducted. However, Revenue may ask for evidence of levy paid in the case of a levy refund claim and will expect to see the information outlined on our Income Levy Certificate.  

In an attempt to save payroll departments a significant amount of time and effort enveloping Revenue’s version of Income Levy Certificate and P60 forms, Intelligo Software has taken the opportunity to develop both into a presealed security format.  

We are pleased to announce that these forms are now on sale for 2009 and have been fully approved by Revenue. Before purchasing our Income Levy Certificates, Intelligo Software would advise you to check with your software supplier to ensure compatibility with your payroll system.
