Perigord Group chooses Intelligo Software as preferred Human Resource software supplier.
09th February, 2009 : Intelligo Software, one of the leading Human Resource and Payroll providers in Ireland and the UK, today announced that The Pergiord Group has selected Intelligo Software's Human Resource software, VIP HR Manager to manage its HR function. The Perigord Group is an artwork and print solutions group of companies with offices in Ireland, the US and Singapore. It currently employs over 60 staff at its Dublin offices. Finding a Human Resource solution that would offer bespoke development, flexibility, ad-hoc reporting and ease of use were just some of the critical factors for Perigord in choosing a HR system. Michael Fleming, General Manager, chose VIP HR Manager as the best HR system for the company based on a study of all HR providers taking in to account the above criteria. Essentially Michael wanted a HR system that would work for their business which is made up of a number of different companies, operating out of the same building, sharing the adminstration burden. "We have used the reporting feature to design reports on training needed and completed for tracking and grant application purposes." "We particulary liked the 'Quick Absence' feature which enables our line managers to input absence records without having access to the full system. This feature allows line managers to maintain accurate records and reduces the need for a central HR adminstrator to keep track of such data as they don't always see employees on a daily basis," he added.
