An Implementation Consultant is assigned to all projects to co-ordinate the implementation activities and facilitate a controlled and successful transfer to your chosen Human Resource and/or Payroll solution .

Intelligo recognises the importance of an effective implementation and a project that includes a smooth transition from your current Payroll and HR system. The project framework is based on industry best practise Project Management and Quality Assurance Methodologies.

The Services Team provide detailed implementation plans to ensure a common understanding of the requirements of the organisation and Intelligo Software.  Our implementation plans detail dates, project scopes, objectives, deliverables and define the roles and responsibilities for the project team. 

Having the ability to import data in a variety of standard formats, means migrating data from your existing systems into your Intelligo solution is easy. The data migration process follows the same format for each implementation and includes the analysis of the data requirements, the mapping of tables and fields from current systems and the importing itself.
